A few years ago, the Cleveland Browns were still struggling with their lack of offensive production.

They were 4-11 at the time, and their quarterback, Josh McCown, was having his worst year since he arrived.

The Browns needed a quarterback who could produce.

They drafted Josh McComb, the former Florida State quarterback, in the third round.

He was the first quarterback taken in the first round since Tom Brady in 2007, and he was coming off of a terrible season.

The company told ABC that it does not want to get into the details of the rules, but said that “most of the regulations we currently have are on the books.”
